The EST Encon purge and trap instrument was specifically developed for the environmental market and is the most versatile, reliable, and accurate concentrator available. It incorporates a keypad interface with industry standard nomenclature for easy use and a top mounted valve oven for easy access. The Encon is perfect for EPA Method 8260 providing excellent peak shape and linearity for the early eluting gases that are difficult to quantitate. In addition, the moisture reduction trap is excluded from the desorb pathway, this greatly reduces dead volume and improves resolution and sensitivity.
